Spike Anderson has over 45 years of experience in starting, developing and managing a variety of businesses. He has been the guiding force in each case in sales, marketing, product development and manufacturing. Spike graduated from Central Washington State University with a degree in Business Administration in 1967 after serving with the U.S. Army Special Forces Group in Vietnam.
Under Spike’s guidance as CEO Anderson Daymon Worldwide, LLC became Costco’s largest supplier of goods and services worldwide with 11 offices around the world and over 220 employees. In 2011, Mr. Anderson stepped aside as CEO and became Chairman until March of 2014, when he sold the business to ACOSTA.
Spike was a very early investor in ARES, has been a member of ARES’ Board of Directors for many years, and has actively participated in managing the business virtually from inception.
He is a founding member and the Chairman of the Board of Prism Worldwide, LLC., a company that has invented and patented a groundbreaking clean technology that produces performance-oriented circular polymer materials from recycled tire rubber and scrap plastic to offset virgin materials for uses in asphalt for roads and roofs, as well as many engineered rubber products. www.prismww.com.
